Quality Individual Health Plans
Celtic began operating in 1978 as a broker, insurance and
reinsurance company for group life and health coverages. Today,
the company has narrowed its focus and holds a strong commitment
to the individual health marketplace. The expansive Celtic
Product Portfolio includes the CeltiCare Health Plan for individuals
and families, the CeltiCare for Kids Health Plan and the Celtic
Short-Term Health Plan. The company also offers Medicare Supplement
plans, which are sold and administered through North American
Insurance Company. Additionally, Celtic works closely with
HealthPlan Services (HPS) to market, sell and administer other
small group and individual health products.
Special Health Products
Celtic's Special Health Product Division offers post-employment
benefits through our Conversion Coverage program. The Transplant
Program offers employers coverage for organ and tissue transplants.
